  • 1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

How to Make Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf

Preheat oven to 350º F.
 
Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, milk, and egg whites with a spatula or whisk.

Add in pumpkin and mix.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until everything is combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9×5″ loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 
Allow the bread to cool in the pan before removing.

Optional Caramel Drizzle & Walnut Garnish:

If desired, use 2 Tablespoons of caramel ice cream topping and 1/2 cup crushed walnuts for a decadent topping.

Instructions
