Fruity Pebbles Cupcakes

Growing up, Cocoa Pebbles and Fruity Pebbles were my two favorite cereals. I loved that they flavored the milk in the cereal bowl so every bite was full of creamy, fruity deliciousness!

These Fruity Pebbles cupcakes taste just like a big bowl of Fruity Pebbles cereal and milk – there’s Fruity Pebbles mixed right into the cupcake batter and we sprinkled them on the frosting too!

Not only are they pretty and tasty, but these cupcakes are super easy to make too! That’s because we started with a box cake mix. It makes the recipe almost foolproof!

Prep Tips

  • If you don’t have white chocolate pudding mix, you could also use vanilla flavored.
  • Store cupcakes at room temperature in an airtight container.
  • So the cereal doesn’t get soggy on top, I recommend waiting to frost and add cereal topping until you’re ready to serve.
