I don’t know about you, but Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf is one of our family favorite treats for fall. Sometimes when I pick up a coffee from the drive-through, I’ll order a slice to share with the girls. It never lasts long!
However, with this spot-on copycat recipe, we can make our own Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf at home! Just look how moist and delicious it turned out:
This pumpkin bread tastes just as good as the “real” thing, but it costs less to make it at home. It’s also a crowd-pleasing party dessert or to have with coffee, or for breakfast…ok you get the idea…we love pumpkin bread!

Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf Ingredients

- 1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Loaf
A spot-on copycat recipe to make Starbucks pumpkin loaf at home.
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, milk, and egg whites with a spatula or whisk.
- Mix in pumpkin.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients, stirring until everything is combined.
- Pour the batter into a prepared 9x5" loaf pan and bake 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
