Healthy Peaches and Cream Smoothie
Smoothies for breakfast make for quick mornings out the door. If you don’t have time to cook, making sure you still get all your nutrients in before jumping into your day is still key.
This breakfast smoothie is full of healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and fresh ingredients.
The peaches and oats not only give your tummy some love (yay fiber!) but help keep this smoothie creamy and filling.
Coconut provides a healthy source of fats while the chia seeds give both a protein and a fat to help to help slow the release of the sugars from the peaches. No fresh coconut? No problem! Use coconut milk instead).
Depending on your preference you can add in a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder to give this smoothie an extra nutritional boost. If you do, omit the maple syrup as most powders are already sweetened.
Easy & Healthy Peach Smoothie Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches (about 8 slices)
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons fresh coconut
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and process until smooth.
Tip: For easier blending, place the liquids at the bottom and the frozen peaches on top to make it easier.
