- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 oz cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for the topping)

Instructions
To Prep: Preheat the oven to 325°F and line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper or non-stick silicone baking mat.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Add in the flour and mix to combine, scraping the sides often.
- Scoop out about a tablespoon’s worth of the dough and shape into a ball. Gently indent the center to create a well.
- Fill the well in each cookie with a heaping spoonful of the pie filling, spreading to the edges if needed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cookie is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool before adding white chocolate drizzle.
- In a small bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, heating for 15-30 seconds at a time and stirring until smooth.
- Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or a small ziploc bag. Drizzle the white chocolate over the cookies. Allow to set.

- Storage – The cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. They can also be kept in the refrigerator for a longer time, up to 5 days.
- Fruit Filling – This recipe can be made in different flavors by using other types of pie filling, such as apple pie filling, blueberry pie filling, etc.
