Can I Use Another Cut Of Chicken?
Sure! You can use any kind of chicken, even boneless chicken tenders, with this seasoning mix. The cooking times will vary based on the type of chicken you used. For example, chicken tenders will cook in about half the time. To know for sure that your chicken is done throughout, you’ll want to use a meat thermometer in the center to see that it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
How Long Does Leftover Shake & Bake Chicken Stay Good?
If you happen to have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container or zip-top bag in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
The toaster oven works great for reheating! If you don’t have one, you can also reheat in the regular oven. Place the leftover chicken on a baking sheet and right into the cold oven. Press preheat. When the oven reaches temperature, your chicken should be warmed through.
