Sheet Pan Pumpkin Pop Tart
If you’ve ever wished Pop Tarts came in family size, this recipe is for you! Our giant Pumpkin Pop Tart is baked right in a sheet pan, making it a fun and festive treat to share. It’s filled with sweet pumpkin pie filling, wrapped in flaky pie crust, and finished with a simple glaze on top. Best part? You only need a few ingredients to pull it together.
We keep this recipe super easy by starting with refrigerated pie crust dough, so there’s no fussing with making pastry from scratch. Once you spread on the pumpkin filling and seal the crust, the oven does the rest of the work. You’ll end up with a cozy fall dessert that’s just as fun to look at as it is to eat.
Kids especially love helping with the decorating! Whether you’re adding Halloween sprinkles, piping on spooky frosting designs, or keeping it simple for Thanksgiving, this giant Pumpkin Pop Tart is a crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for parties, gatherings, or just a cozy weekend at home.
