Instructions
To Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tray with silicone liners and spray with cooking oil. (Highly recommend using silicone liners for this to prevent brownies from sticking.)
In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the Nutella and eggs until completely combined.
Use a cookie scoop to portion out the brownie batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling them about halfway.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until tops are cracked and an inserted toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs attached to it (no wet batter).
Allow to cool completely before removing brownies from the liners.
