Crescent Dough Taco Pizza

Pizza night is a weekly thing in our house. The girls LOVE pizza…they’d probably eat it every day if we’d let them!

Taco pizza is a fun way to jazz up pizza night. It’s also easy too because you use crescent dough to make the crust!

The crescent dough makes a light and fluffy crust that is layered with a zesty sour cream spread, seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and all of your favorite taco toppings. I love it because this is an easy way to get some veggies into your kid’s dinner! — Stacey

Prep Tips

  • Allow the pizza to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. This allows everything to set, for easier cutting and slicing.
  • Feel free to use more cheese if you like an extra cheesy pizza. You can also use your favorite type of shredded cheese: cheddar cheese, pepper jack, Monterrey jack, etc.
  • One roll of crescent sheet dough should fit perfectly into a 9×13″ baking dish. However, you can also use the regular crescent rolls and pinch them together to form one sheet. You may need two cans of the crescent rolls for full coverage of the pan.
  • For a spicier pizza, use a hot taco seasoning packet.
